Permanent Recruitment

We see the role of a recruiter to work with you to develop and identify what your business needs. We do not just search a database and send you a CV. We pre-screen, shortlist and conduct first stage interviews on your behalf. We will then meet with you to review our shortlist and share with you our interview notes and the merits of each individual candidate. We will support you during the interview process and we are happy to attend interviews with you. Once you have made your final selection we will manage the offer negotiation on your behalf as well as supporting the candidate from making their resignation, the notice period, including the inevitable counter offer, through to the candidate joining your business. Our retention rate is more than 97% of candidates still in post over 12 months and our unique fee structure is designed to reflect our commitment to quality.

Temporary Staffing Solutions

This can range from a single person to cover holiday or sickness, some extra support during busy periods, through to the recruitment, induction, training and management of a flexible talent pool to support your permanent employees during peak periods or as a cost effective strategy to support your growing workforce. We advertise, CV sift, interview and induct the people and manage any HR related issues during the assignment period, they work on a temporary basis for an agreed period, enabling the employer to assess ability, attitude and attendance following which they transfer to a permanent contract. We believe firmly in the right fit for both the temporary worker and the employer and this has enabled us to exceed our client expectations.

About KMS Partners

We have built the KMS service offering to work in true partnership with both our clients and candidates. Recruitment should not be difficult it is about working with our clients to understand the not only the job description but it is so much more than that. It is about the organisational culture, what makes the business a great place to be, where the company aspires to be and the journey it will take to get there. Hand in hand with this goes the candidates current skills but also what excites them, drives them, motivates them to go to work and love their job as well as where they want their career to take them. Once we can understand all of this we can then go to work connecting the right people with the right jobs. We have worked with Mel and Gemma previously and found that the personalised approach they take to each client to be the thing that sets them apart. They both took the time to come and see our operation first hand so that they truly understood the candidates that would be best fit for us.
